How to Display All Microsoft Word Shortcut Keys in a Document

Keyboard shortcuts are very important for quickly performing various tasks in Microsoft Word document. If you want to display all Microsoft Word Shortcut Keys in a document for printing or saving, but you are not sure how to do it, this tutorial is for you. In this blog post I will explain how to list or display a complete list of Microsoft Word shortcuts in a document.

Follow the steps given bellow to display all Microsoft Word Shortcut key in a Document.

  1. From the Ribbon Click on View Tab à then click on Macros and then à Click on View Macros as shown below.

OR Just Press ALT+F8 (Fn Key+ALT+F8) from your Keyboard, Macros Dialog Box Open as shown below.

  • From Macros in: Drop down menu select Word Commands as bellow
  • Now Select List Commands and Press OK Button

  • After clicking on RUN button the following “List Commands” Dialog box will appear, here select the first option “current keyboard settings” and Click on OK Button.
